JLR: Global Purchase Experience

As Jaguar Land Rover evolved from an automotive brand to a modern luxury business, I led the UI design for the new global purchase experience, ensuring every interaction reflected the brand’s elevated luxury positioning. Collaborated closely with 10 TCS squads and 111 developers, while our 4-person Accenture Song team applied user-centered design, wireframing, and prototyping to redefine how customers discover and purchase vehicles online. Developed high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design system components to maintain consistency across platforms, while conducting usability testing and iterative design improvements to optimize conversion and customer satisfaction. This approach ensured a seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling digital experience aligned with business goals.
